When we moved to our new offices in July, we had to pack up and take the one thing we deal with every single day: issues.
So as moving day approached, we decided to build giant letters out of cardboard. We put them together to spell out some of the world’s most urgent social issues: “HUNGER”, “AIDS”, “CLIMATE CHANGE”, “HOMELESSNESS” and more. And then we carried them, letter by giant letter, along several city blocks on Queen St. West, in Toronto’s first-ever issues parade. We even got a little bit of attention along the way.
