Big Issue, big paper, big ad
Canada's painful history with the Indian Residential School system is one that many are only now learning about. To help the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada prepare for its first public event, Manifest developed a new identity. The circular logo joins all Canadians in the work of truth-telling while incorporating the Aboriginal Circle of Life and seven sacred teachings: love, humility, respect, wisdom, honesty, truth and courage.
The accompanying belief statement reminds us of the lives that were forever shaped by this dark time in our past.
